Musket Ridge respects the sacrifices that our military and first responders make for our country and deeply appreciates their service. As a small token of our appreciation, the Club is holding our annual Love & Liberty Wedding Giveaway, which is open solely to couples of which at least one person is an active member of the US military, a veteran of the past 23 years (post-9/11/2001), or an active first responder.
We are welcoming entries for our Love & Liberty Wedding Giveaway below, which will provide a couple that serves our community and country a free wedding at Catoctin Hall at Musket Ridge.
Couples may nominate themselves, or be nominated by a third party. And if you're a vendor that would like to donate your services to the contest winner please get in touch to help support this great cause!
Terms & Conditions
Wedding giveaway includes the Romance Package for up to 150 guests plus a one hour ceremony at Catoctin Hall at Musket Ridge. Food and beverage (excluding alcohol, tax and service charge) is included. Room fee is included and no minimum spend is required. Winning couple may add guests or upgrade their wedding package for an additional fee. If the winning couple uses less than the full giveaway package there is no refund or reimbursement.
The bride and groom must be US citizens and 21 years of age or older. At least one person in couple must be one of the following: in active US military service, a veteran who served in the US military at some time after 9/11/01, or an active first responder--EMS, fire, or police. Proof of such must be provided before being declared winners. Couples who have already signed a contract for a wedding at Catoctin Hall are not eligible for this giveaway. Employees of Musket Ridge Golf Club or Affinity Management and their immediate families are ineligible.
The entry deadline is April 15, 2024. The Club reserves the right to shorten or extend the deadline. The wedding will take place on September 11th, 2024. Winners will be notified via email and names will also be posted on www.musketridge.com unless the Club encounters extenuating circumstances which, in its sole discretion, prevent that. Winners must sign contract within 14 days of being notified or the prize is forfeited. In the case of a forfeit the Club reserves the right to attempt to select another couple or to choose no couple based on entries and timing. The winning couple will allow Musket Ridge and its representatives to use the couple’s names and images on promotional materials, and the couple will permit media at the event. Prize is not transferable to other dates or people. Musket Ridge reserves the right to change contest rules at any time prior to the winning couple and Musket Ridge formalizing a contract. Other restrictions may apply.
